He is survived by: his brother Kenny; his son Farms; his former spouse Ladema Lawrence; his children, Marlene Manners of Parsons, Galen Manners (Sandy) of Parsons, Janell Shaffer (Keith) of Altamont, Darren Blackburn (Pam) of Parsons and Dwight Blackburn of Parsons; and his stepchildren, Todd Kenworthy (Crystal) of Claremore, OK and Tina Gatton (Brian) of Altamont. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
