He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Friesen and Mildred Friesen (Nickel); his brothers, Jim and Larry Friesen; and his grandson Jakob Dakota Kinney.
He is survived by : his daughters, Cari and Traci Friesen; his close friend Georgia Hardesty; his stepson Rob Mattox; his brother Mark 'Butch Friesen; his grandchildren, Bailee Weilert, Taylor Friesen, Huntter Friesen, Shayla Brown, Brynlee Brown, Cailyn O'Neal and Brayden O'Neal; and his great grandchildren, Payton Friesen of Hutchinson and Jaxton Cooper of Hutchinson.
