He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon John Farr and Florence Lucille Farr (Davis); his siblings, Leona, Floyd and John; and his grandchildren, Samantha and Elijah.

He is survived by : his former life partner Catherin Beams; his wife Catherine of Logan, KS; and his children, Howard Farr of Woodbourne, NY, Charles Farr of Frankfort, NY, Donald Farr of Oxford, NY, Catherine Rogers of Livingston Manor, NY, Mary Cunningham of Cedarville, NY, Eleanor Conrad-Farr of Phillipsburg, KS and Janice Smaldone of Frankfort, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
