Woodard (Phillipsburg, Kansas), born in Agra, Kansas, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gower and Ruby Gower (Crabb). She is survived by: her husband Louis Woodard of Phillipsburg; her son Marty of Olathe; and her grandson Tyler.
