He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam Kipp and Lela Kipp (Weinman). He is survived by : his girlfriend Jayne Jarvis; his children, Tara Marshall (Jeff) and Adam Kipp; his grandchildren, Spencer Marshall, Ethan Marshall and Ellery Marshall; and his sisters, Mary Jackson (Allan) and Becky Whitney (Alan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Phillips County Fire Department or the Terry Kipp Memorial Fund.
