He is survived by : his significant other Carolee Orton of Logan, KS.; his daughters, Kimberlea (Wade Palmer) of Castle Rock, CO., Amberlea and Leamarie; his grandchildren, Calista, Everlee Palmer and Koen Stahl; and his sister Mary Bains of Mcpherson, KS..
