He is survived by: his former wife Wilma Lucus; his children, Laura Julian (Dennis) of Pittsburg, KS, Elizabeth Scott of Pulaski, VA and Brian Scott of Pittsburg, KS; his brother Stanley Scott of Scammon, KS; and his grandchildren, Bailey Julian, Cory Julian, Brittnee Julian and Brooke Carroll.
