It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Neal (Pittsburg, Kansas), born in Girard, Kansas, who passed away on February 17, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William and Anna Neal (Hickman); his spouse Helen Johnson; and his siblings, Virgil, John, Tommy, Loren Neal and Cleo McElwain.
He is survived by: his children, Merle Neal of Moses Lake, WA, Jacqueline Stevens (Thomas) of Chehalis, WA and Marie Poulin (David) of Graham, WA. He is also survived by one grandson; five granddaughters; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
