He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mae Green; his siblings, Ruby Ione Butler of Kansas City, Inez Faye Kent of Mindenmines, Missouri. and Loyd F. Kent (Linda) of Mindenmines, Missouri.; his niece Lana Bates (Rick) of Joplin, Missouri.; and his great-niece Anna Butler of Marietta.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
