He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Wendell and Betty Frances Riggin (Rabone); and his sisters, Laura Yvonne Riggin and Carol Irene Woodruff. He is survived by: his nephew Erik Starliper; his children, Daniel of Ft and Foster of Ft; and his siblings, Steven R. Riggin of St. Louis, Ralph M. and Rita M.. He is also survived by two sons and daughter.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriner's Hospital, and/or Vie Medical Clinic, Pittsburg.
