It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna (Tyson) Brubaker of Pittsburg, Kansas, born in Manheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron S. Tyson and Esther S. Tyson (Sangrey); and her husband Wilbur G. Brubaker. She is survived by: her children, Joycetta Wanner (Bruce) of Gap, J. Larry Brubaker of Moriarty, Evelyn Woodrum (Gary) of Pittsburg, Cheryl Pickenpaugh (Bill) of Gilmer, David Brubaker (Tina) of Golden City, Nancy Simhiser (Ray) of Stockton and Karen Morgan (Joe) of Lamar, Missouri; and her siblings, Issac, Timothy, James, Warren Tyson, Lois Neuenschwander, Josephine Brubaker and Mary Sue Corey. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials are given to the Osage Church of the Brethren Missions Fund.
