He was predeceased by: his parents, E. W. Lee and Mona Lee; and his brother Robert Lee of Enid, OK.. He is survived by: his former wife Janice McCulloch; his sons, Larry, Randy and Jason; his grandchildren, Kelcey Estle (Matt), Brody, McKenzi, Hunter, Breckin and Amaris Lee; and his great grandchild Paisley. He is also survived by his sons, daughter in-laws, and grandchildren.
