She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Welge and Adele Welge (Joerling); and her daughter Sarah Jean Brinegar. She is survived by: her former husband William Brinegar; her children, Brad Brinegar of Pittsburg, KS and Debra Radell (Jim) of Pittsburg, KS; her sisters, Diane Pieper of Augusta, MO and Imogene Bozich of Cincinnati, OH; and her grandchildren, Taylor Brinegar, Blake Brinegar, Ben Brinegar, Katelyn Radell and Gabi Radell.
