It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Parke (Pittsburg, Kansas), born in Olney, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel John Burgener and Sophia Mabel Burgener (Sterchi); her husband Wayne Bolin Parke; her sister Kathryn Worley (Burgener); and her children, April Parke and David Parke.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Michael, Linda Alderson (Les) of Tucson, Arizona, Steve Parke (Rebecca) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Kathryn Parke (Susan Marchant) of Pittsburg, Kansas; her granddaughter Laura Elizabeth Brantmeier (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Parker Grace and Elizabeth Claire Brantmeier. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews; and many cherished friends.
