With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Catherine Pennekamp (Pittsburg, Kansas), who passed away on April 9, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich Krentz and Callie Krentz (Meuschke); her husband Gene; and her siblings, Carl, Paul, Evelyn and Emily.

She is survived by: her children, Paul Pennekamp (Linda) of Owasso, OK, Deborah Matthew (John), Lois Farrell (Mike), Rebecca Aurich (Dean) and Sarah Accorsi (Mike); and her sister Annette Larson (Richard). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
