He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Andrew and Norma Andrew (Shanholtzer); and his brother Doug Andrew. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Andrew (Chelsea) of Pittsburg and Michelle Crawford (Kevin) of Pittsburg; his grandchildren, Noah, Lauren, Laney and London; and his sisters, Jonita McCarley of Pittsburg and Debbie Hall of Altamont. He is also survived by his parents, wife.
