He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cotterill and Violet Cotterill (Danielson). He is survived by: his wife Marie Wolf; his siblings, David Cotterill (Carolyn) of Hong Kong and Evelyn Kennedy (Howard) of Bartlesville, OK; his children, Dr. Paul Cotterill of Cherryvale, Rex Cotterill (Morgan Smalley-Cotterill) of Cherryvale and Regina Proctor (Alan) of Owasso, OK; and his grandchildren, Tyler Cotterill, Meredith Proctor and Jacob Proctor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
