He is survived by: his son-in-law Brad; his children, Nancy Radell (Brad) of Pittsburg, Dan Spruk of Pomme and Debby Carpenter (Jamie) of St. Louis, Missouri.; his granddaughter Sarah Schiefelbein (Eric); his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Von, Dylan, Katie Carpenter and Angie Dent (Adam); and also Addison Mae.
The family suggests memorials to the St. John Lutheran Church.
