It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hilma Marie Hoffman (Pittsburg, Kansas), who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Grotheer and Mary Catherine Grotheer (Mundt); her husband Jack Hoffman; and her siblings, Art, Norman, Leslie, Orvil Grotheer and Bernice Sellers.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hoffman (Lorene) of Pittsburg and Karen Perry of Cassville, Missouri; and her brother Morris Grotheer of Clive, Iowa. She is also survived by two grandsons, five granddaughters, 6 great-grandsons, 4 great-granddaughters, three great-great-grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund and/or Ascension Via Christi Auxiliary.
