Homer Cole Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2020, at the age of 94, Homer Cole of Pittsburg, Kansas, born in Jasper, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymon Lafayette and Ina Louie Cole (Hall); his wife Evelyn Marie Bennett; and his siblings, Charles Cole, James Cole, Geneva Roberts, Raymon Jr. (Cole) and Joanne Everett.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Cole (Lori) of Pittsburg, Cathy Ann Cole and Cindy Bugni (Charles) of Frontenac; and his grandchildren, Adam Cole, Courtney Payne (Wes), Jennifer Horyna (Ira), Chad Bugni (Melissa) and Shawn Bugni (Haley). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Homer and Evelyn Cole Scholarship at PSU for the Boys Basketball program.
