He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Bernadine Regan (Lance); and his siblings, John Henry Regan and Beverly Sherman. He is survived by: his former spouse L. Edna Berry; his sons, James L. (Regan) and John R. Regan (Sue) of Henderson, Nevada; his grandchildren, Jennifer Christain, Brett Regan, Shannon Regan and Jared Regan; his great grandchild Camille Marie Christain; and his niece LeAnn Yoergeler of Lake Winnebago, Missouri..
