She is survived by: her mother Grace Allen (Husky) of Lawrence, KS; her husband John Spangler; her children, Daniel Decker (Cindy) of Pittsburg, Veronica Decker of Pittsburg and Dalyn Holt (Gary) of Arlington, IN; her stepchildren, Cassie Bicknell (Kody) of Pittsburg and Jason Spangler (Sandra) of Joplin, MO; and her siblings, Steve Allen, Margie Wilks, Betty Oshel, Cathy Oshel, David Allen, Orville Allen, Jr. and Barbara Wilson. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
