She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Albert and Clara Leona "Peggy" Kern (Abshire); and her husband Ralph Thomas Moffatt. She is survived by: her children, Gary Moffatt of Douglasville, GA and Sue Lynn Russell of Frontenac, KS; and her grandchildren, Tom Moffatt of Douglasville, GA, Jake Russell of Ash Grove, MO and Julie Garner of Douglasville, GA. She is also survived by four great-grandsons and one great granddaughter.
