She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Collins and Hazel Jane Collins (Thackery). She is survived by: her husband Tom Castellani; her son Tommy Castellani (Madison) of Girard; her brother Jamie Collins of West Haven, Connecticut; and her friends, Alysia Brown and Tracie Crouse. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
