With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Hood (Pittsburg, Kansas), who passed away on January 23, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen Hood to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Morgan and Carrie Morgan (Murr); her husband William A. "Bill" Hood; and her siblings, Waynith Billionis, Marjorie Willie, Mary Lou Thomas, Joyce Wilson, Harold Morgan, Delbert Morgan and Hubert Merl Morgan.
She is survived by: her daughter Kit Parks (Brad) of Pittsburg; her grandchildren, Jason Hood (Kristin), Kate West (Zack), Kelsey Elliott (Jordan) and Hayden W. Parks; her great grandchildren, Ella West, Lily Hood and Hayes Elliott; and her siblings, Jack Morgan and Carrie Lynn Charles.
The family suggests memorials be given to the CFSEK Food Security Fund for Wesley House and/or the Southeast Kansas Humane Society.
