He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Eugene and Edith May Carr of Weir; his daughter Heather Harris (Mark) of Washington State; his grandchildren, Kelsey Harris and Whitney Day (Jerry) of North Carolina; his siblings, E. Eugene "Gene" Carr, Jr. of Girard, Nancy Forbes of Arma, Carl Richard "Dick" Carr and Doris Waggener; and his close friend Claudia Cornell of Parsons. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In respect for the family, we are asking everyone to wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
The family suggests memorials be given to Mirza Shrine &/or American Red Cross.
