He is survived by: his mother Betty Harvey (Ratliff); his children, Kevin Wayne Harvey of Pittsburg, KS and Sabrina Nichole Harvey (Ron Garcia) of Pittsburg, KS; his siblings, Charles Harvey of Pittsburg, KS, Connie Shead of Pittsburg, KS and Tammy Harvey of Pittsburg, KS; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Bryson and Hayden Harrison.
