She is survived by: her mother Sandy Lee Jones (Thomas); her husband Christopher; her children, Kayla Ann Ballweg (Bryan) of Olathe, Kansas and Lee Michael Costello (Johnna) of Wichita; her siblings, Rick Jones (Pam) of Sarcoxie, Missouri, Randy Jones (Snow) of Pittsburg and Kelly Krantz (Kurtis) of Dallas, Texas; and her grandchildren, Lucas, Jacob, Vivian, Estella, Macoy, Milo and Jaxon.
The family suggests memorials be given to the National Leiomyosarcoma Foundation.
