He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn "Jack" LeRoy and Perneta Joahn Miller (Shouse). He is survived by: his children, Nichole Miller of Joplin, MO and Jonathan Miller of McPherson, KS. He is also survived by many friends and several grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to the Abate of Kansas District #3.
