She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Muñoz and Mary Muñoz (Elizondo). She is survived by: her husband Antonio Ortiz; her sister Beatrice Mejia of Overland Park, Kansas; and her children, Edward A. Ortiz of Lawrence, Joseph M. Ortiz of Lawrence, Steven C. Ortiz of Pittsburg, Brian J. Ortiz of Pittsburg and Donna A. Ortiz of Bossier City, Louisiana. She is also survived by one granddaughter, seven grandsons, one great-grandson and two great-granddaughters.
