She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Jerry" and Vera Brown; her siblings-in-law, Dollie Brown and Lester Stringer; her nephew Steve Stringer; and her niece Leslie Spitler.
She is survived by: her husband Jess Minkler; her children, Jennifer Johnson and Dayton of Cleveland, Missouri; her sister Roberta Stringer of Wichita, Kansas; her aunt Charlotte Dunavan of Mound City, Kansas; and her uncle Lloyd Minkler of Garnett, Kansas.
Memorial contributions may be made to A.C.A.R.F. or Centerville Community Church and left in care of the funeral home.
