He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Phillips; and his mother Helen Pryor Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Debby Blackburn; his father Dale Blackburn; his siblings, Jolinda Swallow, Karen McMurray, Julie Ratzlaff and Mike Fenoglio; and his siblings' children, Devlin Frazier, Hailey Ratzlaff and Jamie Fenglio. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
