He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Charles and Sherry Blatchley of Joplin; his siblings, Michelle Willis (Ryan Willis) of Oswego, KS and Matthew Blatchley of Reidsville, NC.; his children, Nicholas of Oswego, KS and Brittany Hill (Sage Hill) of Andover, KS.; his wife Renee Blatchley; and his children, Dayahna, Jonathan, Eli and Oliver.
The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, donations be given to Mike's favorite charity, the Samaritan's Purse.
