He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Chubb and Nadine Chubb (Marshall); his sister Polly Burcham; his son Charles L. Chubb; his grandson Greg Chubb; and his great grandchild Zachery Chubb.
He is survived by: his wife Johna Chubb; and his children, Jeff Chubb (Bev) of Independence, KS, Rick Chubb (Leslie) of Holly Springs, NC, Sally Tibbits (Randy) of Grove, OK, Laura Atkinson (Rick) of Baxter Springs, KS and Kathy Patton (Wayne) of Bella Vista, AR.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorials to the Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Fund.
