He is survived by: his wife Jeffriann Ratzlaff; his children, Julie Sinclair of Joplin, MO, Brian Ratzlaff (Kaci Adams) of Olathe, KS and Chris Ratzlaff (Cathy) of Pittsburg, KS; and his grandchildren, Cameron Ratzlaff, Cooper Ratzlaff, Caleigh Ratzlaff and Cade Sinclair.

The family suggests memorials be given to the Dr. Robert Ratzlaff scholarship fund at Pittsburg State University.
