Meade; his children, Christopher Meade of Davenport, IA, Zachary Jasper of Polk Co, IA and Megan Meade of Davenport, IA; his stepchildren, Joe Fogle of Hannibal, MO, Shelby Nicholas (Christopher) of Davenport, IA and Leah Fogle of Davenport, IA; and his siblings, Kevin Meade of Davenport, IA, Tracy Rasler of Davenport, IA and Kelli Carter (James) of Pittsburg, KS. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
