He is survived by: his wife Konnie Grotheer; his brother Loren Parsons of Washington; and his sons, John (Dana) of Opolis, Michael (Starla) of Pittsburg, Charles (Kelligene) of Pittsburg and Richard (Terri) of Pittsburg. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
