She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Kennedy and Clema T. Kennedy (Davenport); her husband Lyman Giffin; and her brothers, Richard Kennedy and Claud Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, David Giffin of Kansas City, KS, Kenny Giffin (Cheryl) of Pittsburg, KS, Penny Wente (Jerry) of Frontenac, KS, Marjorie Giffin of Pittsburg, KS, Lea Ann Nunnaley (Larry) of West Plains, MO and Ellen Davis of LaGrange, OR; and her siblings, Rex Colvin (Joni) of Wichita, KS, Norma Gregerson of Neosho, MO and Alice Pethtel of Warsaw, MO. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
