He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Polchlopek (Charla) of Pittsburg, Randy Polchopek of Pittsburg, Tina Whetstone (Jittles) of Arma and Vicki Sinkovic of Roeland Park. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
