It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Nadine Brown (Pittsburg, Kansas), who passed away on May 31, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Thomas and Chleo Mitchell (Smith); her brother James Smith Mitchell; and her sibling's children, Janice Mitchell, Greg Bever and Rod Bever.
She is survived by: her sister Willadean Bever of Girard, KS; and her nieces, Susan Friggeri (Robert) of Girard, KS, Judy Nelson (Randy) of Fort Scott, KS and Kay Page (Joe) of Chicopee, KS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
