It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherri Gaye Mapes of Pittsburg, Kansas, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on December 29, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Waddle and Billie Waddle (Adams); her husband Billy Jo Mapes; her stepfather Dale Fox; and her siblings, Donna Meckem (Billy Jo Mapes) and Kevin Fox.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Marshall; and her sister Marsha (Merel Rivera). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
