He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis A. Jacks and Glenda Arlene Jacks (Gahman); and his granddaughter Crystal Marie. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jacks; his sons, Mark Jacks (Laura) of Pittsburg and Brian Jacks (Lynae) of Sierra Vista, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Blaise, Tommy and Briana. He is also survived by 3 great-grandsons.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Marvin Armstrong Masonic Lodge #187 for a perpetual memorial fund for Tom.
