He was predeceased by: his stepfather Richard Jantz; his grandparents, Ralph, Wanda Gifford, Don and Betty Mayhew; and his father-in-law Charles Bloomcamp.
He is survived by: his mother Mabel Mayhew (Gifford); his former wife Janet Bloomcamp; his wife Janet Mayhew; his daughter Emma Mayhew; his father Stephen Mayhew of Wichita, Kansas; and his siblings, Sandra Fankhauser (David) of Sterling, Heather Jantz of Gridley, Taryn Mayhew of Wichita, Kansas and Robert Jantz of Canton.
In lieu of flowers (due to family allergies), the family suggests memorials be given to the Emma's Educational Fund.
