He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aaron and Frances Maxine McMurray (Trammell); and his sister Geraldine McMurray. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor F. Hollar; and his children, Tracy McMurray-Faucett (Rick) of Arma, KS, Laura Ackerman (Michael) of Wichita, KS, Joyce Aguilar of Davenport, IA, Norma Edlemon of Davenport, IA, Christy Eskert of South Carolina, Doug Vandergriff (Juliane) of Kentucky, Stacey Repetti of South Carolina and Tim McKee (Robyn) of Republic, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks expressions of sympathy to be in the form of memorials to the Children's Advocacy Center.
