It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Franklin (Pleasanton, Kansas), born in Hume, Missouri, who passed away on June 13, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl B. and Mildred B. Spillman Franklin; his son Ralph Franklin; and his brother Gary Franklin. He is survived by : his wife Norma Jean; his son Eugene; his brother Keith Franklin; his grandchildren, Caleb, Cody, Logan, Tiffany, Selena, Ariana, Esmerelda and Nolan; his great grandchildren, Colton, Chesney and Dominic; and also Geno.
