She was predeceased by : her parents, John Levi and Gertrude Catt (Bowker); her son Devin Williams; and her siblings, Clarence Marion Catt, Alfred Donald Catt, Will Alton Catt and Rose Zella Margaret Freisner.
She is survived by : her husband Vernon E. Williams; her children, Frankie Carr (Ted) of Allen, Carol Allender of Pomona and Kevin Williams (Wendy) of Gladstone, Missouri; and her son-in-law David L. Schumann. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
