He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Arlie Overton and Maudie Overton (Smith); his children, Arlie Overton (Gina) of Marion, Keith Overton (Erica) of Knoxville, TN, A. J. Overton (Amanda) of Halstead, Brenda Stovall (Don) of Halstead and Cathy Keyes (Dean) of Rush Springs, Oklahoma; his wife Mary Overton; and his siblings, Charles, Carol and Helen. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
