He is survived by : his wife Maxine Davidson; his children, Robert Davidson Lewis (Jamie Elaine Lewis), Richard Thomas Lewis, Elizabeth Chama Newby (Scott Clyde Newby) and Catherine Macha Lewis Adams (Jared Monroe Adams); and his brothers, Paul Crownover (Barbara Crownover) and Doyle Crownover (Janie Crownover). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
