He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Richard and Berta Jean Archdekin (Garrett). He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Gladden; his children, Dale R. III (Carmel), Garrett W. of Kansas City, MO and Courtney J. Whiteley (Jeremy) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Adrian Archdekin, Evyn Archdekin and Dekin Whiteley; and his siblings, Brent (Tammy) and Melinda Riles (Grant). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
