He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred R Toole and Mary Jeanne Toole (MJ). He is survived by: his wife Cindi (Norsic); his children, David S (Michele) and Erin Rider (Dustin); his grandchildren, Lura, Shea, Madison and Jeremy; his great grandchild Callie; and his brother Robert (Rosemary). He is also survived by brother and sisters in law, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer's Disease Research or the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
